If you are paying by personal cheque or money order, we must receive your payment within ten days of the day you placed your order or your order will be cancelled. All cheque orders are subject to a seven-day hold after receipt of payment. Please be sure to write your order number on your cheque or money order.

Navon charges GST (10.00%) on any order shipping to an Australian address. The GST component is included in all recommended retail prices of products purchased from this website. Please note that GST applies to shipping and handling charges as well.

Shipping / Delivery Terms

Navon uses Australia Post’s Registered Mail service for all our packaged product deliveries. 

Australian Delivery Times:

  • Navon will dispatch your item(s) within 2 working days of cleared funds.
  • Standard Australia Post delivery times apply re their Registered Post service.

New Zealand delivery times:

  • Navon will dispatch your item(s) within 2 working days of cleared funds
  • Standard international delivery times apply for New Zealand customers.

Returns

All Navon software products purchased from us come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

There is a very small percentage of software items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have received, please contact us and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Customer Order number.

Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.If it is found that the item you received is faulty we will exchange it at no cost to you.

 

When preparing the software product for return, please be sure to pack it securely, display the order number prominently on the shipping label of the box containing the returned product, and include a note with your name, address, phone number, and the order number inside the box. Send all returned products with the order number, shipping charges prepaid, to:

We recommend that all returns be sent by traceable delivery method (e.g., recognized courier service, registered Australia Post Mail).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the credit card originally used to place the order. In the event of payment by cheque or money order, a cheque will be sent via Australia Post. Your refund will be based on the price you paid for the product being returned, less shipping and handling charges. Returns that are received with a proper Customer Order number at the return address above are normally processed and refunded within 10 business days of receipt. Returns that do not follow these procedures will take longer to process.
