There is a very small percentage of software items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have received, please contact our Customer Service team on and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Customer Order number.
Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.If it is found that the item you received is faulty we will exchange it at no cost to you.
When preparing the software product for return, please be sure to pack it securely, display the order number prominently on the shipping label of the box containing the returned product, and include a note with your name, address, phone number, and the order number inside the box. Send all returned products with the order number, shipping charges prepaid, to:
